What We Do With the Information We Collect
Viatical.org is paid by the buyer for the service we provide and for the information we collect. The information we collect is used for the purpose of evaluating and qualifying life insurance policies and referring you to a licensed life settlement provider. We may disclose information about you to our affiliates and to non-affiliated brokers, licensed life settlement providers or other third parties in the course of our referring you to them evaluating and qualifying the respective life insurance policies, or as required or permitted by law.
